CCT College Dublin is delighted to invite the Class of 2024 to their Graduation ceremony.
All students eligible to attend graduation will receive an email invitation. Please complete the registration form included with that email to confirm your attendance.
Graduation ceremonies are formal occasions. You must wear academic robes (Robe hire details are outlined below) as well as smart personal dress suitable for memorable photographs.
Venue: Main Auditorium, The Convention Centre Dublin, Dublin 1
Date: Saturday, 23 November 2024
Time: 1pm for start of Ceremony. Graduands are required to arrive at least two hours (by 11am) prior to the ceremony. This will allow you time to check-in at registration, queue for and collect your robe, take photos and be in your seat on time. Graduands arriving late may not be included in the ceremony.
Robe Hire
Correct academic dress must be worn at graduation.
All Graduands must pre-book robes with the official robe-makers, Phelan Conan Limited, before midnight on Tuesday 19th November 2024. Robes may be pre-booked online at www.phelanconan.com. The hire fee is €20 (the robe hire is part subsidised by CCT).
Due to the implementation of a personal 3D secure password during the credit card payment process on https://www.phelanconan.com Phelan Conan Ltd staff are no longer able to take bookings over the phone. This has been created to protect your online payments and if you don’t already have a 3D secure password you can activate it by following the simple instructions during the booking process. If you experience any further problems with 3D secure process, please contact your bank.
Robes can be collected from 9.30am on the day of your graduation in the Convention Centre, Dublin.
Cash will not be accepted. If you miss the deadline date for booking your robe you can make payment on the day, €20, by scanning a QR code at the event itself.
All robes must be returned to Phelan Conan as soon as possible after the conclusion of the ceremony. Please note that the wearing of Mortar boards is optional for Male and Female Graduands.
Refreshments after ceremony
Refreshments will be provided at the Convention Centre following the ceremony.
Photographer
Lafayette Photography will be onsite before and after the ceremony to allow for any students who wish to have photos taken. Online booking can be done at www. lafayette.ie and a full range of packs and prices are available to view.

Each Graduand is permitted to bring up to 2 guests. After all RSVPS have been received we may be able to allocate additional guest tickets via a lottery system the week of the 18th of November. We will be in touch with all those who will be attending with more information on this.
This is strictly a ticketed event. Guests arriving without tickets will not be permitted to enter.
Children
CCT does not encourage the attendance of young children at the graduation ceremony, where young children do attend; they must be accompanied by an adult at all times. In the instance of a child not remaining silent and in their seat, as is required as part of the ceremonial protocol, the accompanying adult will be required to leave the ceremony hall with the child.
