Mature & Transfer Students
Mature students (those who have reached the age of 23 on or before January 1st of the year of application) are very welcome to apply for any of our part-time and full-time courses.
The entrance requirements for mature students take into account the previous experience and prior learning which the individual has experienced during their working life. As a result the academic requirements are different, with a great emphasis on the personal statement and admissions interview.
Transfer students are also very welcome to apply to CCT. Transfer students are those full-time students who wish to transfer from a similar course at another third level institution. Subject exemptions are assessed and awarded by the appropriate Faculty Director of CCT. Transfer students are required to meet all application requirements and submit their most recent official transcript of grades obtained (in English where applicable) and subject descriptions for each subject (in English where applicable).
Direct Application Deadlines
We accept applications for our part-time and full-time courses on a rolling basis. As our part-time courses are run year round (subject to demand), no application deadlines exist.
Please contact us directly to obtain application deadlines for our full-time programmes coming up to the following starting intake.
Application decisions are made promptly.
